Service for six in classic Edwardian style:

A sturdy oldfashioned table knife with a blunt blade fitted in bolster to a hollow but robust handle.

Paired with a classic table fork with long tines and a smooth grip.

Of course accompanied by an always necessary teaspoon for beverage or dessert.

Abington 1910, a style with weight and heft in the oldfashioned manner, is today considered a rare pattern that may still be found by the piece here and there but not often in a set together as presented here.

Condition:

Handles very good, blades with a few nicks, plate good.
